    2022 Flying Legends of Victory Tour

    CAF B-17 and B-25 coming to Boeing Field!

    CAF Airbase Arizona is touring the western US and will be at Boeing Field August 8-14, and so will we! Their B-17 Sentimental Journey will be available for ground tours and for rides Friday through Sunday. Get tour info here.

    Rainier Squadron will be there helping during rides, Friday through Sunday. We’ll be happy to talk to you about CAF, our WWII veteran UK Royal Navy AT-19, and joining or supporting the squadron in our mission to educate, inspire, and honor. We’ll also have hats, patches, and future rides in the AT-19 available for purchase, which directly supports our ability to share the aircraft and its story with the public. (No rides available this weekend, unfortunately.)

    The Museum of Flight at Boeing Field has invited us to display the AT-19 at their Jet Blast Bash Seafair party with the Blue Angels!! Come check out the great music, food, drinks, pilots, and airplanes this Saturday and Sunday, August 6-7, 10:00 am until 4:00 pm.

    We’ll be staffing our tent to talk with you about Commemorative Air Force, our WWII veteran UK Royal Navy AT-19, and how to join or support the squadron in our mission to educate, inspire, and honor. We’ll also have hats, patches, and future rides in the AT-19 available for purchase, which directly supports our ability to share the aircraft and its story with the public.

  • Father’s Day Weekend

    Join us in Olympia at the 22nd annual Olympic Air Show. We’ll be flying rides from 9-12 and 4-close on Saturday, June 18 and Sunday, June 19. Book a ride today!

  • First Public Event!

    Join us in Port Angeles for the airport’s armed forces and first responder appreciation day. We’ll be flying rides all day, Saturday, May 21. All proceeds support keeping our AT-19 flying and shared with the public! See our Facebook event for full details.

    We’re working on our schedule for 2022 event attendance, where YOU can fly in a real warbird that saw service during WWII and support our CAF program to Educate, Inspire, and Honor – and Keep ’em Flying. Watch for updates here and our Facebook and Instagram pages.

  • First Fly Day!

    Join us at Auburn Municipal Airport (Normandy Aircraft) on Saturday, April 16 at 11:30am for a BBQ and fly day (weather permitting…) where we’ll grill, kibitz, and fly our drawing winners.   • IT FLIES!

    Maintenance and upgrades are complete and this wonderful 1944 WWII veteran flies again. Keep an eye out for our first fly day.

  • NW Aviation Conference

    We’ll be at the Northwest Aviation Conference and Trade Show! Visit us in booth 201 on February 26 & 27 at the Washington State Fair Events Center in Puyallup.
